Hey friends,

Sorry it's been a while. School has been keeping me busy, so I haven't had a lot of time to sew :(. But, I did get a custom order back at the end of August for a padded camera bag which I was able to finally get around to finishing. Here are some pictures...





I love how it turned out! The front is such an amazing pattern, which made me want to do the back in the classic, blue polka dot. I figured a simple drawstring would be best so she can have easy access to the camera.
This was my most ambitious work thus far in the sewing game and I honestly love it! I am very proud of how it turned out.

Will be sewing again soon, so look for an update on the status of the next collection my December!

Fall, fell down

I just finished uploading Fall! It was a lot of work, but to see the final outcome was worth it all! Thirteen wallets!

When I found this fabric I was shocked by how well it all went together. It's been really hard for me to find enough matching fabric to create a collection of this size. I'm going to definately be frequenting fabric stores more often!~

Ooohh my

Last week I was on vacation in North Dakota. As I was wondering around the small town my boyfriend is from, I spotted a fabric store. It's been a while since I've actually stepped foot in a store since I order most of my fabric online. The first words out of my mouth as I stepped into what I can only describe as 'fabric heaven' were 'Oooh my.' Fabric heaven in North Dakota! I never would have imagined!

I ended up grasping multiple handfuls of the most beautiful hand-dyed fabric I have ever seen in my life. It was quite a rush! After almost drooling on all of them, I handpicked my favorites for the Fall collection. I am so excited to share this collection with you all, I know I say that all the time but seriously I AM EXCITED! The more I work on them the more excited I get. To top it off this is going to be one of the biggest collections of the year! I am squeeeing just thinking about it.

Start the countdown!

A total of 5 wallets were purchased so far from the Spring and Summer collections. This brings the total to $25 towards the next tattoo goal!

Summer inspiration

The five new items for summer were just uploaded! I am very proud of this line and hope that everyone else loves it as much as I do.

I was lucky enough to get some inspiration for the Summer line. My boyfriend's lovely sister picked me up a canvas bag while she was on vacation. I fell in love with the simplicity of it. Here is a picture for your viewing pleasure...



I tried to take the concept of the bag and incorporate it into the wallets. Each one has very simple parts but like all of my wallets they each have a pop of color as well.

My favorite out of the bunch, in my opinion, shows this the best....



There will be more wallets popping up in the end of Summer/Fall. I'm trying to rock out a lot for you!
