Sold out... for now

Just sold the last one from the summer collection bringing the total up to 47.70!

I'm going to be posting the first few of the fall collection on Friday before I leave for Boston!
My goal is to get the first two tattoos next month.

It's been great to have so many people interested in the wallets and the cause. I started this thinking that it wouldn't go as well as it has. yet alone did I imagine that within a month or so I'd sell out. So thanks again for buying those of you who have. Fall is going up soon. One word - neon!

As of today...

WOW!! As of today, I have a total of nine wallets sold!!

I'm starting my fall/winter designs now. Let me just say, the fabric I got is amazing!! It was a lot of trouble to get them and I'm not very happy with my supplier, but it's cute fabric. That means cute wallets coming your way.

Total amount so far going towards tattoos----$42.65.

I have Wednesday off which is going to be slightly spent roaming the city getting prices on the first tattoos. For those of you just joining in, they're going to be my grandparents signatures right below my ankle. One on each foot.

Thank you for everyone who bought so far! Check back at the end of this week for new wallets!!! If I procrastinate on my homework I might be able to get a bunch done! Woooo!

Two Items sold

Over the weekend I had a sale and was able to sell two of the items in shop! So as of today I am 9.05 (with shipping) into the first tattoo goal! To celebrate this first two sales I have kept the prices at 50% off!
New fabric is on the way! It should get in today or tomorrow!!! I already have a custom order for one wallet. Also I will be adding a few new items that I have been designing so S.O.F.T. will become more than just wallets! I am so excited!

Also since I have nothing new to add due to laziness of Labor Day weekend, I'm adding a few vintage items up to my other store. Check it out in the next few days at http://emnemily.etsy.com!

I was thinking last night about sales. I decided to start one of my own. From now Sept 3rd to Sept 7th we will be having our first sale! The Labor Day Sale! All wallets are $5 a pop!

New items posted and other rambles

I did get the opportunity to post yesterday, which was late of my goal for listing on Mondays. It's already looking like a rough week for me. The past few days have been hectic to say the least.
I ordered some amazing fabric that I was hoping to get this week. Of course I have heard nothing of them being sent out. So hopefully the supplier will ship it soon (cross fingers) then I can get a few new designs out for you! At the moment though it is looking like a meager upload of new stuff for next week. I am running low on fabric and all the stress has made sewing a little lower on the priorities list. Never fear, I am not giving up!

I wanted to also talk a little about the first tattoos that I had in mind. I have been wanting to get my grandparents signatures on the top of my feet closer to the ankle. My grandparents have and always will be a very big part of my life. Even if there are times when I can't be with them they are always in my thoughts and leading me on this journey called life. Without them I wouldn't be the person that I am today. The signatures are small and most likely will be the least amount of money but mean the most to me. As soon as I can I will go in for a consultation to get pricing on them.
I have yet to sell a wallet but I am not letting it get me down. I know that it's easy to run to whatever super store near you and buy a plain black one cheaper. I'm hopeful still...
